As soon as Mary's mouse cursor gets over the Select menu choice, a small pop-up table shows her all her task selection conditions. Only matching tasks are in the task list table. If they are not what she wants, she'll click the Select option and reselect tasks she prefers to see.

If Mary wishes to see a task beyond the pop-up summary shown in the previous slide, she can get a complete task display by clicking on either the task name (Job Application Form) or the eye icon .
